Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm and manage your stay.
• Your postal address, only if you choose to provide it.
• Your stay dates, guest count, selected extras and any special requests you send us.
• Accessibility notes you choose to share, so we can prepare the studio properly.
• If you create an account: your email address and notification preferences.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers.

How we use it

To confirm your booking, send arrival instructions and reminders, answer your questions, and keep the accounting records South African law requires. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Guests with an account can request deletion from their account settings. Where we are legally required to keep booking and tax records, we retain only those records for the required period.
